We bought a Niagara Pines home in 2016. It was a resale - 6 months old. Paul has treated us as if we had built the home ourselves. He has fixed any issue that has come up (there hasn’t been many because it’s a great quality home). The after sales service was incredible. He truly cares about the work that he does and his name and reputation means more to him than just churning out stock homes to make money. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.
