Skyline Homes of Mansfield, TX

Absolutely enjoyed our visit here. I had called ahead to let them know we were coming, and when we got there they allowed us to take our time touring the different models. We had a lot of questions and they were all answered. If you're looking for a Tiny Home, you must come check out this place.

We have 2 homes on order from skyline which we ordered from Rockwall..we were told 4-6 weeks from time of order, we are now looking at closer to 12 weeks, maybe more. The communication out of this company has been non-existant, the place we bought them from hasn't been any better..so combined, it has been an absolutely horrible experience. Can't comment yet on the quality or build of the home, but to this point I can not recommend anyone using skyline. I even spoke to the general manager, who was rude at best and offered no help other than to say it is what it is....I miss the days of taking care of the customer, it appears to be truly lost with skyline.

Home was delivered in Oct/Nov and we were told within a few weeks they would bring out the things they forgot to install (first of all how does that even happen) so they delivered the home incomplete. It's now Jan and we have windows that are leaking, doors that don't shut all the way and let cold air in, a back door that you can see water running down, and a ventahood that let in 16 ounces of water the other night just from one storm with in a couple of hours and still no firm date as to when they will be here to finish the home. We paid $600.00 for a barn door and they just forgot to install it. The home is not complete and our twins will be here in less than 12 weeks and I do not want workers having to go in and out when the babies get here and then leaving a mess for me to take care of

Skyline closed down last year. This location is now Champion Homes. They build smaller rv park type of homes. The staff is great and the homes are very well built

Very high quality appliances and fixtures. Excellent craftsmanship and they have high standards toward detail and finish which is very important to me.
