She is amazing and does so much for the property and the residents here. Always has a smile On her face. Moving into Skye at Laguna Niguel has been a smooth and positive experience thanks to Joette and the leasing team. From the very beginning Joette was attentive, friendly, and always quick to follow up. She checked in with us during our move and even offered thoughtful gestures like snacks that helped when the stress was high. The entire process, from receiving the detailed welcome letter with everything we needed for utilities, parking, and renters insurance to the actual move in, was organized and clear. Joette made sure we felt supported every step of the way and genuinely welcomed us to the community. We are excited to start this new chapter at Skye and really appreciate the excellent customer service we have received.

Incredibly rude staff. Lived here for 4 years and it gets worse every year. Cant wait until my lease is up to finally get out of here. Replacement manager Tenisha doesn't know left from right and has absolutely no clue what to do and new manager Joette is rude and just difficult to deal with. They removed trash cans from public areas and told residents to keep their trash with them until they get to a gas station to throw it away. The halls are carpet and smell like dog pee and they do not enforce the rules. Fire alarm is constantly being set off and the "controlled" parking gate is always broken, and the elevators always have issues. Do yourself a favor, dont more here. Thank me later.
