Chris is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to provide me a tailored inspection for a rental property in short notice and at a fair price. Outside of the contents of the report, he answered every question I had throughout the inspection process (i.e., how to fix certain deficiencies smartly). Strongly recommend for anyone like me needing a rental checked out before preparing for occupancy. Will certainly call Chris again for recurring re-inspections.

Chris preformed my Pre-Drywall inspection. He remained professional, amicable and personable throughout the entire inspection. He is a great cheer-leader: I was not sure about directly walking onto the site, but he hyped me up with a pep talk! He even clarified and explained in plain english troughout the walk-around. He remained attentive to any and all of my concerns, all whilst pointing out any of his concerns. I would not hesitate about working with him on any of my inspections!
