Hanover Laguna Niguel

As a current resident, I can honestly say that I’m having an amazing experience living at Hanover Laguna Niguel! From the moment I moved in, everything about this property has exceeded my expectations. The community is beautiful, the amenities are top tier, and the entire property is always incredibly clean. One thing I really appreciate is how fresh and amazing the building smells every time you walk in.. it truly shows the level of care and attention that goes into maintaining the space. I also want to give a special thank you to the leasing team, Kima and RJ, who are always so helpful, professional, and kind. The staff here is amazing! Super easy with military families as well! Especially Victoria, she goes above and beyond for her residents. Victoria and the rest of the staff here really make it a great place to live. Alongside the staff, we really enjoyed the amenities it was always nice to have people over to enjoy a movie or swim in the pool. As well as a huge window in the living room so lots of natural light. Also super close to restaurants, Costco, a hospital, and very freeway friendly so made the commute to work nice. We moved to Minnesota, but would move back here in a heartbeat. RJ was amazing, very personable and helpful with sharing all the info needed. He is definitely amazing with tours and probably lights up the office. It’s nice to be the one you interact with upon entering. Definitely looking forward to moving here!

I’ve lived here long enough to feel comfortable giving an honest review. First, the building itself is beautiful. It’s a newer build and the finishes and aesthetic are great. Maintenance staff are friendly, and Kevin in particular has always been kind and helpful. That said, the responsiveness from management has been consistently disappointing. Many of the glowing reviews online appear to be from people who have only toured the property or lived here a short time. Most longer-term tenants I’ve spoken with have expressed similar frustrations. Communication seems selective. For example, I reported a lost package and was told they would review security footage from that day, which I appreciated. After that, there was no follow-up despite multiple emails. I had the best experience today touring Hanover apartments all due to Kima who with her good energy , knowledge and patience made the chore of apartment hunting a breeze. She was so helpful with her inputs and went the extra mile by helping us with the online application process. She patiently spent 3 hours with us.
