Sky Terrace Townhomes

Management staff was great with my moving experience, especially Joy Tooks my apartment was clean , I'm newly moved in my unit.

Sky Terrace I love living here. The office people are amazing, maintenance stays on top of everything. It's a quite neighborhood. I have read the reviews and there is no bugs or rats. The playground and pool stays nice. When it snows the maintenance man plowed the sidewalks. If you have a bad experience living here then the problem is you not Sky Terrace. I love this place

I was moved in to a unit that had a very bad smell, old thin carpet, the ceiling was cracked, the window was broken, the siding on the door was old chipped very badly and dirty. The bathtub is unstable in both bathrooms with soft floors and the toilet is not connected to the floor and tilted, the kitchen cabinets were not secured....The worst place I've ever lived and management is being very dismissive and defensive.... DON'T MOVE HERE !!!!

Me and my fiancé scheduled a tour for 5. We then got an email saying our appointment had been moved to 4:30 without even being asked if that was okay with us. After that, we got a message saying our appointment was coming up at 5. So we arrived at 5 and were met with a lady at the front desk that was very standoffish and said they can’t do tours at 5. She was unwilling to help correct the mistake that was not our fault. I don’t live in the area so this was my only chance to see it. So fyi don’t book a tour for 5 even if it clearly has an opening for 5 and if you do show up early even if it says your appointment is at 5. Complete waste of gas and time.

Not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from but they are completely false. Patch work maintenance, bugs everywhere still and now there are mice really bad, everywhere. Kids tore up the playground. Stand in the middle of the street when leaving and coming. Trash everywhere. All office does is send out emails that nobody reads. Now they want to do in house and blind inspections- not sure why the community reflects the way the apartment looks. Horrible appliances. You have to request for the exterminator but good luck if they really come. Pet waste everywhere. The price for Rent is NOT worth it. DONT MOVE HERE.
