Stayed here for over 4 years and this was by far the worst company I’ve ever rented from. They would have huge delays in fixing things and charge you insane amounts when moving out. After keeping a clean house for over four years it came time to move out and they my wife and I really got taken advantage of. We spent days cleaning the apt. and left everything it great condition. They charged us hundreds of dollars to clean appliances that were basically spotless. The whole situation is sickening how large companies are taking advantage of people. Do not rent from Sky Property!

I’d like to raise a concern regarding your lawn care service at Emmett place. I’ve personally observed on multiple occasions that grass clippings have been left all over my vehicle after your team finishes their work. Given the frequency and the amount of debris, it almost seems deliberate. This is frustrating and unacceptable, as it creates unnecessary cleaning and could potentially damage my vehicle. I ask that your crew take immediate steps to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. I understand some will be on the vehicle after maintenance but for an entire vehicle to be covered in grass is unacceptable.

Visited family member here. Seems like a lovely place to live. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious. Especially the living room, Kitchen and dining area. One bathroom is located in their bedroom though.

Absolutely not a good company to lease from! They are terrible at communicating with their residents. The don't notify when your lease needs renewed. They don't notify you when they do routine maintenance checks. They barely keep up with the landscaping. The maintenance team is the only positive experience I've had leasing from here.

A friend lives here, it's always quiet and clean. If I needed a place to move to I would definitely give it strong consideration.
