Sky Harbor

Even though I haven’t moved into Sky Harbor Apartments yet, Clarelle has already made this an amazing experience. She is professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Her communication and attention to detail truly stand out. Clarelle is a huge asset to the community, and I’m confident I made the right choice because of her. Highly recommend working with her!

I had a great move-in experience at Sky Harbor thanks to the leasing consultant Clarelle. She was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident and comfortable on move-in day. I truly appreciate her support and excellent customer service.

Everything was good starting off when Tiffany was in office , apartment was brand new at the time , they’ve change management out so much , it’s hard to reach someone cause office isn’t open when they should be , barely answers phone . AC & breaker was malfunctioning on and off , I left messages about them . Parking was big pain in the butt , was told we could park anywhere ( including handicap) but new manager now threatening to have cars towed. My lease ended & I’m honestly glad to be done with those issues and the nonchalant staff.

The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for . 1) they have roaches 2) Ive been waiting on a new thermostat for monthsss 3) very minimal parking , they told us we can park in any parking spot including the handicap because of this issue and then out of nowhere one day decided to start towing people cars without notice and blamed new management. This property is raggedy and I can’t wait until my lease is up !

I have been a resident since the doors opened in November of 2023. I have never been more happy. I finally found a place to call home.
