Manor Chamblee Apartments

Was on my way out to walk my bestie Roux and stopped by the bagel event. Everyone was so kind and even made me a bagel as I didn’t want to get him in the food area. One of the best places to live, work and play. If you see him say hi !

I had a wonderful experience touring this community! The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive to detail, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new place!

From the top notch amenities, to the entire Manor Chamblee team, living here has been an absolute pleasure. I have never experienced an office team with such positive communication, and who always answers the phones willing to help their residents. The Maintenance team is also stellar with quick ticket times and overall kindness. Living at Manor Chamblee you live on a mini-beltline. I loved walking to all the restaurants, and my dog loved Keswick Park, especially the hiking trail at the end. I lived on the pool and found it very calming after a long day of work (and no worries, you do not hear the waterfall from inside your apartment). Manor Chamblee is truly an exceptional place I’m really happy to call home. The staff is amazing!! They are constantly warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to what us residents care about. They consistently go above and beyond, resolving concerns quickly and making sure everyone feels heard and supported. The resident events are always a blast! The events are inviting, and thoughtfully planned. I would recommend Manor Chamblee to anyone living in Atlanta or thinking about making the move. It’s a wonderful place to live!

I had a wonderful tour at Manor Chamblee with Danny, and the experience couldn’t have been better. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions while showing me the community.
