Update after Unfortunately, I’m taking a few stars away as I’ve lived here, there have been so many issues that have come up with the unit requiring maintenance to come, the response time gets slower and slower. Safety/noise complaints I put in are not taken serious. The trash area is over filled every weekend and sits out for days sometimes, this is a tenant and apartment complex issue. The arms on the gate are broken every few days and have not been replaced for weeks now. The office is rarely open, if you want coffee and use it as a space during the week it has very limited hours. Although there are a few things about Cortland North Brookhaven that aren't fully satisfactory, the maintenance team definitely makes up for it. My partner and I were having a few issues pop up here and there since moving here in December, but we've had Rolando take our issues by the reins and fix everything for us. We're super thankful to have Rolando be a part of this community and hope that he knows his work is being appreciated! Thank you for helping us with our problems!

It has been over 2 Months and this Harassment continues 24/7. The "Response" was: "Can you Prove it? Do you have Evidence"?But, Never a "Denial". A few hours after this post, the Toxic Fumes began to fill my apartment causing Intense Eye Irritation; had to retreat to my Car. Previously posted to Corporate HQ: I have contacted the Pres. / CEO Steven DeFrancis concerning this matter. As a longtime Resident at the Cortland North Brookhaven property, I have recently been under Chemical Attacks by the Service Mgr. and his team. Harsh Chemicals were first Sprayed outside of my Front Door on Friday, 10/3/25 from 7:40 PM - 8:00 PM by this Service Mgr. & one of his "undocumented" workers. That Monday, 10/6/25, I sent an e-mail to the Leasing Office asking what Chemical was being sprayed at my Fro

This place has been nothing but phenomenal. Our technician Rolando is nothing short of amazing he is always there to help, If that’s from fixing something in your apartment to helping you take your trash he is the guy. Staff is very nice and attentive and I highly appreciate them. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live.

My husband and I have lived here since May 2019. We love the location! So close to Keswick park, restaurants, and has tons of sidewalks! We live in a top floor apartment and love the vaulted ceilings, open kitchen, and fireplace (we don't use it but it looks nice!) Never had any problems with the staff in the office. Everyone has always been happy to help or take time to meet with us!
