Chamblee Heights Apartments

I guess it alright, not the best place but something is something! There is no mold, there will be roaches if you don't clean enough, and it's a pretty decent apartment. I've lived here for 11 years now and yeah! The only cons are the management team and crime. This whole neighborhood is very diverse and many stores around. The team will never EVER do something about an issue until maybe months later. Like maybe 2 crime scenes but rarely. Top schools nearby! Many vendors outside which is kinda annoying since many wants to park and they block the parking space. YEAH! Limit of 2 parking spaces and pets allowed!😩

I like It because everywhere u go you can see a field to feel peace AND relaxs. But there Is a lot of problems going on. U may stay home at night because a lot of gun shot AND kidnapped AND murders to there own friend or mom or dad happend at this place. Also every house you live in u can find basement but u need a key so u can unlock It AND see people old fotos

Worst management on earth. The new lady so call manager is soo rude, talk to people how she likes. Don't care about people's health and safety. Mold all over the house, cracks on walls . In short, the owner needs to do something.

Good place to call home,clean and quiet. Management really takes care of this place, and it shows!

This new management is sooooo bad the new manager so rude to everybody .... i will not recommended it im start looking where to move due to this new manager
