The worse in communication. Had several packages missing as they were in the “residents mailbox” and could not get ahold of the property manager because we never received a key. Texted the number they left to reach, nothing. Called the number, nothing. Emailed, nothing. I have the pleasure of never having to do business with them.

I have not lived in this property for some time, but after a recent snarky reply from the owner on my previous review, I have decided to leave another 1-star review to show how truly horrible living in this place was. If you’re looking for cheap housing in Steamboat, good luck, but I can assure you this is not the place to look.

Moved here April first and then my old roommate left and left me with a huge back pay due and these guys have literally been so amazing and working with me. I am truly greatful!!
