I have had nothing but great interactions with Gina at both Sunrise Park and The Edge. All interactions have gone smoothly and the communication from her about everything it’s great. Maintenance is done promptly and professionally. These are both great places to call home.

While I was living at one of their complexes, I went thru a divorce and name change. I had a conversation with the property manager when the divorce was finalized and I changed my name. When I moved out n got my deposit check, it was made out in my married name. I called the bank to find it what to do n the bank said to call the company n ask for a new check. My lease was up on 9/30/19, I'm still waiting for the check. Incredibly unorganized company n good luck trying to get a straight answer from someone. Update as of 2/13/2020, still no check. Update as of 11/20/2020, still no check. Update as of 4/7/2022, still no check or contact of any kind to try to resolve this issue. At this point I'm assuming they pocketed the money.

ABSOLUTE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR TENANTS EVER!!!! They do a great job making sure the property owner gets the absolute most money out of you. They will not fix anything that is broken. They will not return calls. They will lie to you. They do a very poor job salting and plowing their lots. Do yourself a favor, and look at other options... there are many apartments in the Green Bay area and they do not deserve a dime of your money. I would go as far as to say it has been the worst customer experience of any company I have ever dealt with.

I have been renting my apartment Home at Delro for 3 years now. The property is always clean & maintance is always done promptly. Thank You for all your hard work. Steven Troudt

Absolutely terrible management. The woman in the office is a horrible person and doesn't care to help or work with anyone. I would talk everyone and anyone out of renting from these awful people!
