Living at 667 college has been an amazing experience so far. My apartment is my sanctuary and I love how cozy the vibe is here. the staff has been pleasant and there when you need em. the location to the hospital is convenient as well.

Great vibe here! Feels like community. Mgt is responsive and communicative. Apt is very safe and secure- very secure. Lovely common areas that are nicely decorated for every season. Coffee bar feels like a luxurious little daily treat. Great gym and study room as well! Close to downtown, shopping, the highway. This places is amazing…

I would not recommend living at the 667 apartment complex. The hallways constantly smell bad, and instead of addressing the issue with proper cleaning or maintenance, management just sprays Febreze to cover it up. This kind of surface-level fix reflects a larger problem—management rarely takes accountability and is known to speak negatively about tenants behind their backs. On top of that, the rent is significantly overpriced, especially for students, considering the poor quality of the building and the lack of proper upkeep. For the amount being charged, tenants should expect clean, well-maintained common areas and respectful, responsive management—but that’s far from the reality. The rising costs are making it increasingly unaffordable to live here, and the quality of life simply doesn’t

This was the best place I have ever lived in. Not only was the environment clean, secure and quiet..The staff are some of the best people i’ve ever met. I lived there for two years and NEVER had a rodent or insect problem. They reply fast to emails, are very supportive and are super helpful. Maintenance is above and beyond. I felt safe, and EVERYONE definitely made it feel like a home.

Very happy with my apartment at 667. The leasing staff is great, they are always quick to answer questions and organize fantastic resident appreciation events. The maintenance staff handle requests efficiently. The short walk to LECOM, Elmira College, and built in study rooms make it great for any student.
