This apartment complex is perfect for those who cannot afford to buy a house. It's based off income and the people here are very nice. There are security cameras everywhere, parking lots and on the buildings. The apartments are very clean and well maintained.

All the apartments I've seen have mice no matter how clean and when maintenance is called they plug the holes(barely) and don't do anything after when the holes break open again on top of that the breaker box is a complete mess income based rent is great but not if you're taking advantage of the poor and not maintaining the bare minimum

Eastgate has a very good neighborhood. I enjoyed my time there two years ago.

I don't understand they are low income housing but you need good credit to get an apartment there
