100 West Water St Apartments

<<<UPDATE>>> Park Grove Realty leadership team have responded back with an action plan and timeline. Based on their followup and quality of output, I will adjust this rating & comments accordingly once all stated work is completed. Leasing office is impossibly slow to respond to critical issues. I don't believe it's the leasing manager's fault, rather the property owners (Park Grove Realty in Rochester). I'm a current tenant, can't get clear answers and timelines to a quality of life issue I'm facing. Hopefully this review will gain their attention, otherwise I'll take next steps to escalate & resolve. Let's see if anyone responds.

I loved living here and ended up staying for 5 years (moved out of state for a new job). The location is walkable and convenient, the neighbors are very nice, and the complex is pet friendly! Meghan is such an awesome person and my time here has been greatly improved since she started working here. She is always willing to help and problem solve any issues that might come up. The biggest con is the thin walls, which was overall tolerable for me. I would live here again if I moved back to Elmira.

My stay at the 100 W Water Apartments over the past year and a half has been one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment building. The managers are respectful and meet the needs of the residents. They are always very kind and professional. The building is clean, well kept, & all maintenance request are completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend 100 W Water Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in Elmira, NY. Ive lived here for about a year now and it has been a great experience. The building is brand new, as well as all the appliances and has a very modern feel to it. The building is clean and well kept. There is also a fire pit and a game room for leisure. Moving in, the building manager was very flexible and made the process run smoothly. The maintenance tech is also very kind and tends to requests in a timely manner. I also love that this building is a short walk away from the new thai restaurant! Overall I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment in Elmira!

My girlfriend and I stayed in these apartments for a little over a year. Although there was a few issues we had, they were always resolved in a timely manner and the management was always respectable and flexible with us. Several of the issues were simply because it was a new building, such as the fire sensors needing to be tweaked so they wouldn't have false positives, or one of our pipes not being properly tightened by the people who built the apartment. Realistically the only reason we left was we wanted a bigger space. If you're looking for a modern and sleek looking luxury apartment this is definitely the only place in Elmira to look for.
