Six Canyon Apartments

We lived at Six Canyon for three years and can say we truly enjoyed our time there. Richard was always so helpful with answering our questions, and assisting us when there were issues in a timely manner. We lived in both buildings during our time, the first in a one bedroom facing north and then a two bedroom facing south. Our only complaints stem from the building design and location itself, the north facing units would only get direct sun in the early hours of the summer. We lived on the 4th floor, but I imagine this issue would be worse for the units on floors 1-3. The south facing units all have balconies, the downside is they all face I-70 and the road noise makes it almost impossible to enjoy. One of the pros to having a balcony unit are the stunning views. Six Canyon was a great temporary living situation for our family when we were looking to buy a house in the area. The accommodations for pets and children was ideal and they did a great job maintaining the property. The proximity to interstate, highway, and train made the environment pretty loud, but closing the windows and balcony door helped minimize the sound. The maintenance crew is pretty responsive and they are constantly working on bettering the units and shared spaces.

We have lived here for a few years and it is a wonderful community, great building and well designed apartments. To me the real gem of these apartments is the lease manager Richard. In all my years of living in apartments, I have not come across a more genuine and helpful manager. Richard gives a sense that you are working with family, and he goes out of his way to make monthly community gatherings something to look forward to and remember. He takes pride in making sure that the grounds are taken care of, and will even shovel snow off the stairs in the back to make sure they are safe. A good manager like this makes it feel like home.

This is hands down the best community I have lived at and that’s 100% due to all the hard work Richard puts in. Richard is the most helpful property manager and truly cares about his residents. Six Canyon is so lucky to have him! You won’t regret signing a lease here, it’s a safe, clean and a fun community for families to live at. We've lived in Six Canyon since March and have never had a better experience in apartment living. The units are nice, and the community is even better. Most all of our neighbors are incredibly kind and lovely people, and the maintenance and management are top notch. Richard remembers every single resident's name and greets us as if we're old friends. The monthly events are also a great way to get to know our neighbors. Any maintenance requests we've had have been dealt with with professionalism and swiftness. There is frequent, open communication about any urgent or preplanned maintenance, as well as any community alerts or concerns.
