Green Leaf Lofts

I toured the Lofts with Merilee this weekend while in town scouting areas that I may get sent to for my work. She was very friendly, professional, and was able to answer all the questions I had without blowing smoke...which I greatly appreciate. The Lofts themselves were nice with very manageable layouts and all the amenities I would need, and there are a few restaurants and a strip center with a Target and some other stores literally right across the street...which is great because the last thing I want to do when I get home from work is get back in my car to go shopping. I really hope I end up here, as it would be a great fit for me, and I would suggest to anyone in the market for a new place that they make this the first stop in their search. Merilee made my move-in experience great! Her customer service skills are solid. I tried to explain an issue with my key fob to the property manager who was not very helpful, but Merilee was able to address the issue to keep me from getting locked out of my apartment. Thanks again!

Great experience living here for the last year and a half. The apartments are beautiful with nice views and good location. The office team, Kelly and Merilee are really helpful and nice. The maintenance guys Dan and Hector are friendly and quick to help out with any issues. The grounds always look well kept and clean too. 10/10 recommend

MERILEE GETS FIVE STARS. I really think Kelly needs to be put in her place. She is very rude to people. Now that I’m no longer living in the area I think it’s important that the management knows exactly the kind of person that she is. She treated me so horribly from day one of moving in. I searched and searched and searched for a job in that area so that I could stay and I am an excellent property manager that provides excellent customer service and it infuriates me that people like her are gainfully employed. I don’t think that most employers in Glenwood Springs would know what to do with good talent. The only thing good about Kelly is her leasing agent, Merilee. She’s lucky to have her. I had to rent a place site on scene because I was moving for work from Florida to Colorado and I liked the Green leaf lofts and throughout the process. Marilee was amazing in helping me through it. She made a very stressful process, go very smoothly and without any headaches. After arriving in town, she continued to help me and guide me through the process and the orientation to the buildings in my unit. Big thanks to Marilee. She is amazing!!
