These aggressive incentives often point to a building that is struggling with high turnover or trying to reach a 'stabilized' occupancy rate for a potential sale. My primary concern for any 'prospect' is the habitability of the units. There have been ongoing discussions regarding mold issues within the building. Before signing a lease here, I strongly recommend every tenant exercise their rights under Colorado’s HB24-1007 and the Safe Housing for Residential Tenants Act.
