Doug hustles like no one else I know in the business! We went through 4 other agents at different businesses before we found Doug. Doug was the only one that hustled in a timely manner and he was selling our business concept on our behalf to prospective LL's / their brokers. Doug is by far the best in the business!

Unfortunately just a bad overall experience. We first reached out to Hunter to look at an office space in Sandy Village. We absolutely loved the office space and sent an LOI immediately. We were able to negotiate the terms of the lease through Hunter and both parties accepted verbally. Nearly 2 months later we are still waiting for the official lease paperwork and have yet to receive it. We have reached out to Hunter regularly, but rarely get any communication back. We have recently reached out to Matt, the second agent listed on the property, but have not heard anything back yet. We’re at a loss on what is going on.

Not sure why there are these bad reviews. I've had really good experiences with Connor here at the Situs Group. Everyone here has been really patient and thorough with me through the prospecting of potential spaces for my business. They've alway been there to answer question and share insight with on any given location that I'm inquiring about. 5 star service from Connor and the guys here!

Absolutely obsessed with this place- but especially Doug. He is a gem in the industry. We LOVE working with him so much. He hustles so hard and goes totally above and beyond. I’ll never let him go 😂

Zero customer service. Don’t waste your time with these guys.
