Worst rental experience I’ve ever had This was hands down the worst rental I have ever lived in. We moved in Jan 1st and by Feb 1st we had to move out again. We dealt with rats in the attic chewing through insulation, which caused fiberglass to circulate in the home. My family became sick from it. The conditions were unsafe and never properly addressed. The drains throughout the house were constantly clogged — including finding a wig stuck in one of the drains, which shows how poorly the property was maintained before we moved in. None of the electrical outlets were grounded, which is a serious fire hazard. Washer was flooding the garage, and they didn’t want to fix any of it. I hired this company to manage my rental property because I saw their fantastic reviews and thought they would be great. Wow, I can't believe how wrong I was. The attached photos show how my property was handed back to me. Sisi Realty & Management described this to me as "in good condition beside wear and tear." In actuality, it has cost me over $5000 to repair the damages to my property. Furthermore, they didn't even provide a move-out report or inspection. They are seriously unprofessional and I would never use them again.

What a great team, this firm managed my property for about 3 great years, they went above and beyond to keep the tenants happy while also making sure the property was up to date.
