Sinclair at Palm Pointe

We moved in here on November 24th, and we are thrilled. It's very clean and very beautiful. Everything is new, absolutely brand new apartments. The manager, Evelyn, gave us a tour and helped us with the move. The administrators and maintenance staff are very responsive and always ready to help. We are delighted with this community and highly recommend it

Absolutely love this place. The property is beautiful and very well designed — the pool area feels like a resort, and the courtyards are beautiful. My favorite is the private offices, which are perfect for working from home without distractions. Everything feels modern, clean, and upscale. You can tell a lot of care went into creating great experience. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend living here!

I toured this complex and absolutely loved the common areas. They have a listening lounge where you can meet with friends and neighbors and listen to music together which is very unique. The gym is fully equipped so you don’t have to have a gym membership elsewhere. If you work from home or are a student or have visitors that do, you will love their co-working space. The pool and outdoor spaces are beautiful and relaxing. The apartments are spacious and very well designed. Evelin gave me the tour and was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider this community once my lease is up!

From day one, everyone has been incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure residents feel taken care of, and it really shows. The property itself is beautiful. The combination of top-tier amenities and outstanding staff makes this place feel like home. Highly recommend!
