Our large family had a great stay in Breckenridge thanks to Andrew at Simply Summit! Personable and responsive in his service before and during our trip. The beautiful home we stayed in was very well equipped and obviously well cared for, all the details needed to fully enjoy it were included in a convenient e-booklet that our whole crew could access. Such a great experience, we cannot wait to come back!

Rented an amazing ski in/ski out property in Breckenridge on Snowflake Drive. The place had access to Grand Timber Lodge for equipment rental and was a quick walk (15 mins)/drive (5 mins) to town. The property accommodated three families of four without issue providing ample communal as well as private space. There are high end amenities in the kitchen, baths and throughout. The hot tub and sauna were helpful after a cold day of skiing. Andrew couldn’t have been better to work with - he was accessible, in communication from booking to check out, did a full walk thru of the property at check in and generally provided white-glove services. We’ll be calling Simply Summit Rentals on our next trip to the area!

This home is fantastic and Simply Summit was wonderful to work with every step of the way, giving us tons of great local tips and advice about the area. The home is meticulously kept, has all the extra attention to details such as phone chargers by the bedside, humidifiers, sound machines, great furniture, great style, wonderful kitchen amenities. The heated floors are the perfect touch after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend this company and this home.

We have rented for many years at several different locations. Andrew Stevens the owner of simply summit rentals was the quintessential experience. The townhouse we rented was immaculate upon arrival, Andrew provided maid service on a weekly basis, when we had trouble and locked ourselves out of the mother-in-law suite Andrew came in the middle of the night to help us out. I would and intend to rent our next seasons home with Andrew. He took the time to show us several of his other properties.

The team at Simply Summit was great at communication and making sure the house was perfectly ready for our stay. They were extremely responsive, and only a text away. Would definitely recommend!
