I’m a first-time homebuyer and builder. I have family members that have built multiple times and always came in over budget. I was delightfully under budget! I was able to get a brand-new home with everything I wanted. I don’t think you can get any better than that. I would highly recommend the turnkey option, as that smoothed the way significantly. The beginning stages would have been a lot more confusing without assistance. From start to finish, my experience was surprisingly easy, and wonderfully gratifying. I recommend Simplicity to anyone who asks me about my house.

Two and a half year review on our Simplicity Homes Edgewater model. We are very happy with our home. A couple of tips is to get the extended garage and the out door covered patio. Simplicity Homes have been very good to work with from the start of the build and even now the Project Manager keeps in touch if I have a question. Special thanks to Adam, Ben and Nick for there upmost support during and after the build. The quality of the home is very good and well worth the value. A retired friend who used to build homes saw our home and was impressed with the workmanship. We have installed a Kohler Home Generator which has come in handy to power the whole house if power is lost. Our Simplicity Home needed minor tile work, covered under warranty, After a call to warranty department, we were contacted by their local representative for repair, Nick Harrod. Nick promptly contacted us for scheduling the repairs. We could not be more pleased with the results of the repair work. Nick is a great asset to Simplicity Homes. Great communication and keeping us informed of scheduled work. Very pleased, thank you !!!😃😃

Just moved in to our new home (Orchard model) and blown away with the entire process that we received from Simplicity. From the start, our sales rep, Rick Allen was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Then we were handed off to our project manager Nick Prosa who was a rock star. Nick kept us informed the entire process and supported us whenever needed. We hoped to be in our new home to celebrate Christmas and with the help of Nick and the team at Simplicity they made it happen! :) I recommend them to everyone! Highly encourage doing the turn-key process when designed your home - takes off loads of stress which is helpful during a stressful but exciting time!
