As part of my home purchasing journey, I worked with Randi Schramko of Simmons Homes. I was blown away by the amount of options, floor plans, and customizations that were available when building a home with Simmons. Randi and her team walked us through the process and provided all the needed information to make the right decisions and design the home that we've always wanted. We've been here for a little over a year, and have no regrets whatsoever. The Warranty Team was amazing and was quick to fix the few small things I found. I really like that they came out at the 1 year mark and made any additional fixes that needed to be made. I'm 100% satisfied with the workmanship and quality of Simmons Homes and have recommended them to many friends who are looking for a new home.
