First time dealing with this company been homeless for about a year did exactly what I was told at this woman at the agency. They took my money played me along for three days finally talked to the owner and was told I didn't have enough income but i knew it was strange when he asked where do I stay now I told him a motel his whole attitude changed as I was trying to tell him I had more income please help me he hung right up ending the phone call all I say Mr man all people that are homeless or stay in a motel are not bad people broke people or nasty people I just needed a home for my family this company was recommended by some friends but from this experience I will not do the same so please destroy all my information that yall have...thanks

THE WORSE rental agency in Wilson!!!!! Mark Silverthorne is rude and a liar!!! He took my money for an application fee knowing he would not accept me because I had a previous record after he said that the record did not matter as long as I made enough money!!! That’s a $100!!! And when I came to check on my application ( because he didn’t even have the decency to call me to tell me I wasn’t approved because of my record) and began to be ignorant and throw my past in my face!!! He is a scammer and I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!

The leasing office has very unprofessional, dishonest, shady and rude staff. The apartments are run down. You can literally find shelters better than their properties. They do not fix things. The ceiling fell down and 6 wks later nothing has been repaired. So my sons have no longer been able to come see me as they’re breathing in whatever was in the ceiling. BOTH my sons have had to go to the hospital and then again to the urgent care for their lungs. I’ll be taking them to court for THAT. The bathroom floor has been falling in since day one and they have been advised multiple times. I can literally feel the floor sinking SMH The water meter is somehow broken after I made many complaints about other things in the apartment.
