I would give 0 stars if I could give a review. Worst company ever. Houses aren’t worth the rent. They put the rent up every year. They put the rent on your balance way before the month is here. If it is January 10th Februarys rent should not be on my balance as if I’m behind.

These people are the worse! Renters beware, your money will be taken and your home made worse by very poor management. Don't Rent here. Look somewhere else where management is responsible and responsive. They just turn homes into garbage dumps.

I contacted them multiple times for a property. I was interested in eventually I was shown the property but not before I gave eight paystub two months of bank information. I was showing the house I like the house. I said I wanted the house so the same day I filled out the application and paid the application fee. After I paid the fee within an hour, the background check came back, assuming I was going to hear Steps that never happened. I have had my kitchen pipes under my sink literally collapse and flood my entire kitchen repeatedly in the past 48 hours, matience came out 3 times and still haven't fixed it. If we even so much as try to flush a toilet it's backing up into the kitchen sink and now that the pipes are collapsed AGAIN will flood my kitchen. After it flooded the kitchen the first time matience "fixed" the pipes under the kitchen and within 12 hours its collapsed again! Property manager is horribly rude. I pay 1700 a month and can't even pee in my own home! Absolutely horrible people all over! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!! I added photos of the first collapse of the pipes and how it busted open almost immediately!
