After talking to multiple home builders in the Pittsboro/Chapel Hill area, we were stunned to be unable to find a builder that was willing to build a home for under $750K - $1M. I guess everyone is a millionaire? 🤷‍♂️ We finally ended up finding a few builders, 2 stick built and 2 modular, that we considered, and ultimately chose Silverpoint. One of the stick built would have been a very basic, cookie-cutter home and the other was slightly out of our price range for what we were hoping to get for our money. The reason we chose Silverpoint was for the people and the ability to be able to customize our home. We had a great experience working with Adam and Josh at Silverpoint. We chose their DIY option tailored for owners who are licensed contractors. While the process was long and came with its fair share of challenges, Adam and Josh were outstanding every step of the way. They consistently went above and beyond to advocate for us and ensure we were happy with the results. We went with an R-Anell model, and so far, it’s been everything we hoped for—solidly built, thoughtfully designed, and absolutely beautiful. I worked with Silverpoint Homes to build my home and in the final analysis, I'm so glad I did. The home building process is extremely stressful, however Kyle @ Silverpoint helped me every step of the way. His willingness to communicate, explain nuances, talk me off the ledge when necessary and follow-up meant the difference between smiles as I got my Certificate of Occupancy and possibly the nearest asylum (hahaha...). The process wasn't without it's hiccups and being candid, some of the staff were not as responsive as Kyle, so I recommend that if you choose this builder, you specifically work with Kyle. I can't say enough good things about Silverpoint Homes in Whitsett. I worked with Kyle, Adam and Shawn mostly and they were amazing. The contractors they use are also equally amazing. After losing my husband quite suddenly, I decided to sell my home and move closer to my family. I had a very small lot in a County that is very hard to work with. They got me through the whole process. I could not have built my home without them. It was literally one thing after another, hurdle after hurdle, but they were always there to help me deal with the burdens. Always responsive even over weekends and holidays they were always there when I had a question or another problem arose. Even after I moved in, if I had a question or problem, they were quick to answer or get someone out to fix anything

I am so proud of this house. It's been a long road . But the process has been so smooth for the build . Going to Martinsville and getting to see the build was awesome!! I really recommend Silverpoint Homes!!!
