Rosemary Glen Townhomes

Cozy complex with friendly staff. Perfect location near the interstate and easy access to shopping. These are Horton homes so there are minor quality issues however any issue we had, maintenance has helped fix.

I stopped in to view Rosemary Glen on a Saturday and had a wonderful experience speaking with the leasing consultant, Jeanette. Jeanette was so helpful and knowledgable. She was detailed and answered all of my questions related to a potential future lease with a high degree of patience. The property itself seems to be inviting and gave me an option to seriously consider in my upcoming move.

My experience at Rosemary Glen was simply amazing! They were professional and knowledgeable about my needs. I strongly recommend this community to anyone that’s looking for a lovely and pleasant home. Staff are angels!!

The townhomes are nicely situated in a decent and relatively quiet area, with easy access to highways to make for a more pleasant commute and travel, which is about the only “pro” or good thing to mention. Staff appear friendly but are not very knowledgeable or diligent in providing service to residents. In example, I have been waiting on a maintenance request to be completed from over a month ago and it also took over a month to resolve an issue with my door keypad jeopardizing my safety. Essentially, I’ve had to call and/or stop by the office multiple times to have issues addressed, basically “staying on” staff to get simple requests answered. The build of the townhomes is also problematic— it sounds like your neighbors are right inside your home especially with the steps. Additionally,
