I currently reside in Dunwoody Lakes and my vehicle was hit inside the complex. I reached out to our HOA rep and after following up twice received a response that the only operating "surveillance" is at the clubhouse. I also requested that an email be sent so that someone could come fwd with info without me knocking on doors (with a newborn) and never received a response back. Zero effort or compassion. I also had to make an urgent request that the mailroom area be cleaned. It's always a mess. And whoever Kyra is she never replies to emails within a decent time frame. Please have her work on her communication so that it is prompt and professional. And all of the "nice to meet you" reviews simply inflate the positive reviews but hold no weight because they've yet to experience actual ser

Since she took over managing our HOA, everything has been running more smoothly and efficiently. She communicates well, responds quickly, and handles issues with professionalism and care. It’s impossible to get this company who manages the HOA of Ashlyn Pointe Condominiums to do anything including respond to a simple email or answer the phone! Both me and my neighbor have emailed and called regarding the landscaping in the back of our homes which is full of high grass and weeds! We have been emailing since May 22nd, I was out of the country for a week came back no response to my email, nor has the landscaping been addressed! Sent an additional email as a follow up of course no response, called today of course no answer! They are terrible!!

This HOA is just as bad as any other HOA organization around that uses predatory practices. They charge delinquent fees and ancillary processing charges for payments made outside of direct deposit, even though those payments are made on time (with bank records to show for it). They will say that they’ve assessed me late fees due to delinquent payments, but it is categorically false. I send my payments through Bank of America and this association takes weeks to process payments, even though they were made days ahead of due dates. I’ve contacted them time and time again, and they simply cannot process payments on time. They will also say that I was fined for a pet disposal fee, which has also been disputed with my HOA. This organization is like dealing with our current presidential admin
