Detailed Home inspections

I could not speak more highly of Steven and the level of detail of his work. I was blown away at the depth of his inspection, in addition to his provision of remedies for any issues that were found. His report was instrumental in my negotiations with the seller when purchasing the home, and I was able to get some significant concessions made before closing. If I could give 10 stars I would, best I have ever worked with!!!!

I had an excellent pleasing experience with Steve. I found Steve from the internet looking for any Home Inspector who had a 4 or 5 star rating. I called many but, when I called Steve he was very welcoming and detailed, he told what the report would capture and he did not did not disappoint. Steve took pictures of everything top to bottom of my home. He gave me a thorough report with every picture. He was very detailed and his report was easy to understand. I was very please with his work. I highly recommend his service.

Had Steve perform 2 inspections for me in which the first he saved me from thousands of dollars of hidden repairs due to his thorough inspection the 1st house ended up falling through due to said repairs. I was so happy with his service i decided to have him inspect a second house i am interested in buying. He takes his time and gets the job done right to insure a safe home purchase couldn’t thank him enough for his service and hospitality!
