We have lived here for about a month so far and loving almost every moment. The place is extremely nice and beautiful, so happy we moved here. My only concern would be the lack of privacy with our courtyard view, it didn’t dawn on us that literally everyone can see us but at least we’re all in the same boat, and the floors seem to be really thin, we’ve found out that our downstairs neighbor can hear every footstep and that we’re not the only one with that problem. BUT, i will say that is why we chose a top floor apartment so that we wouldn’t have to hear other people’s footsteps, at least they can’t hear us talking. I can’t say enough good things about Jeanelle! She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire process so much easier than I expected. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about helping people, and I’m so thankful for everything she did.

DO NOT move into this apartment complex if you value basic access and the parking you pay for every month. First of all, the gate stickers do not work. Ever. Instead of being able to simply drive into the neighborhood like a normal gated community, you have to sit there and call the call box just to get inside. Every single time. It is beyond frustrating. It feels like an obstacle course just to get home. And that is just the beginning. The parking situation is a complete joke. I pay monthly for an assigned parking space, yet I constantly come home to find someone else parked in it. This has happened to me more than five times. When this happens, you are forced to call the courtesy officer, who is a local police officer. Obviously his actual police job takes priority, so parking issues are

For starters definitely the BEST OF THE BEST! From the staff to the entire complex. I have been living here for a few years and I just love it so much! I am truly grateful to have such attentive and helpful staff include the new leasing agent Jeannelle who is extremely friendly and helpful! 100/10 highly recommended!

You will not have privacy here. I have been here 2 months and have already had 5 “required maintenance and fire protection visits to be compliant with the city” is what the office manager said. on 5 separate occasions. You can’t refuse entry or they will fine you $75 and still come into your apartment anyway and any time they feel like it. Let’s count how many more “visits” will happen.
