She always responds very quickly, she is very honest (not just trying to sell you a house) she really wants what’s best for you, and knows her stuff. I recently purchased two properties that were listed by one of their agents (and builder), Anthony Fitzgerald. Anthony made several attempts to cancel my purchase contract once he found another offer that was greater than mine. I spent countless days trying to renegotiate after my home sale fell through. Anthony made verbal commitments that he was unwilling to keep and even went so far as to talk to vendors behind my back to ensure they don't provide me pricing that was more affordable than the options he was giving me. I learned, over the course of two months, to never trust a word he said and to double check all the work he did.
