We absolutely love our new Silver Stone home! It’s a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood, and the entire process was such a great experience. The designer did an amazing job and was so accommodating when we requested a few changes. We toured several Silver Stone Homes before deciding on this one, and the design and finishes on all of them were truly top notch. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!

Silverstone homes has one of the worst foundation warranties there is. Foundation warranty is for one year. Just about all home builders have a 5 or 10 year warranty on their foundations. Needless to say my house is 3 years old and has major foundation problems with estimated cost of repairs over $30,000 and Silverstone has no Interest in backing up their product. My neighborhood of several dozen Silverstone homes has other homes with severe foundation problems of houses that are less than 5 years old. The majority of my neighborhoods are not satisfied with their houses. Run away from this home builder. Everybody I know in my neighborhood who has dealt with Silverstone are not satisfied with their service.
