I moved into a unit with Silver Property Management inAugust 2025. I experienced a swift response with leasing after finding my adorable apartment with the assistance from Alicia. Since moving in, Dino, the building manager has been available for any questions and responses quickly regarding any concerns. I did not receive the professionalism with my previous management company, so I just wanted to send a review that this is so appreciated! Thanks Silver Property Management!

I lived in a silver property for 3 years. Good amenities for the price but Miron is one of the worst property managers I’ve ever come across. Doesn’t follow up on anything, unprofessional and when I rarely had maintenance requests I would have to follow up multiple times for anything to get done. I had a mouse problem for probably the first year I lived there and turns out there was a massive hole to outside under my bathroom sink… so the remodeled construction work is not great. Not to mention the back entrance that they said we need to use for moving in and out was always falling apart, so even walking down from the top (4th) floor was always a risk of falling through. I've been with Silver Properties for about a year and a half and will stay as long as I can with them. Everything was seamless in the initial viewing (I had Dino show my unit- a great, easy experience) and I have had prompt, positive communication with the property manager. Everyone who has come through to fix anything in the unit has also been professional and prompt. My building is well managed, well kept.. all good things. Thanks Silver Properties.

Back in the autumn of 2023, I found an apartment I liked online through Silver Property Group. Jason Gold responded quickly, and ushered me through the application process smoothly. Over the past two years, I've had occasional maintenance issues (which is par for the course in any habitat!) and property manager Miron is always ultra-responsive. Generally, my issues are resolved the same day- often within hours. Whenever I hear of a friend or acquaintance who is looking for an apartment, I always tell them to check the Silver Property website first.

I lived in a silver property for 3 years after moving back to Chicago. Back then, in my head, thought they were OK. Now that I live somewhere else and deal with a crappy management company i realize they were really good. What's drives me nuts is I regularly walk my dog past a silver property by my new place and have to look at their sign almost daily. It's a constant reminder of how much my current owner sucks Vs before. I'll soon be moving back to my old building.
