Silver Lake Pointe by Stanley Martin Homes

You know some people say you get what you pay for and even though we did not buy an inexpensive home it feels like I’m living in secondhand junk 2 1/2 years in this new home built by Stanley Martin, and we have mold behind the walls in our bedroom, master closet, all because of the hiring of inexperienced contractors Poor craftsmanship, and no quality. When we originally brought some of these issues to their attention at closing, they said this is not a problem. No water is going to get in and they paid us off with a check so that we could build a French drain on the side of the house, lol that really helped the problem Well now after 2 1/2 years this is what we have and we have health issues that will be and have been going to the doctor to take care of now we know what’s going on.

If I could give more starts I would. Patrick has gone above and beyond to help me navigate buying my new home. He is always patient with me, and all my questions. I’m bad about just showing up wanting to see my home. I know he’s busy, however, he always takes time out of his busy day to accommodate me. Another thing, he thinks out of the box, I wouldn’t be closing on my home in March if it wasn’t for him. I can’t say it enough, but thank you very much Patrick!
