Silver Creek Crossing

If I could rate 0 I would. Do not be fooled this place is garbage. I have had my ceiling fall after management ignored my concerns. I have a squirrel in the wall of bedroom. I notified them in September 2021 to this date they've done nothing about it. I can't sleep because you can hear this rodent all day and night. My bathtub had been cracked since November 2021 and still isnt fixed. Do not rent here. **My concerns were reported multiple times before their new reporting system. The owner's response doesn't change anything. New management inherited issues that still were not addressed.

I am mad I even live here because they finally cuted the grass but they just left the leftovers and also it toke like 1 week to get garbage cans empty but maybe the new company will work better

If i could leave 0 stars i would!!! I been living here since march 23rd 2023 this place sucksss!!! Mold in the bathroom the gate in the front has never worked , the pool is closed all year round , no maintenance , the dish washer doesn't work uhhhhh wat else ?? No management , those stupid charger cars come thru at night keepin up all kinds of noise its hard for me & my family to sleep during the week. if yu have someone above yu tha smokes marijuana guess whatt⁉️⁉️ thas wat ya bathroom gone smell like 😁 my wife's car got broken into , SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE & MONEY‼️‼️‼️‼️ & MOVE ELSE WERE!!

I gave notice that I would be moving out 2 months in advance. I actually moved out on Oct 31st 2023 and I've yet to receive my security deposit back! It is now Dec. 5 2023. By law they're supposed to return your deposit within 30 days but I guess they didn't get the memo. Nothing was damaged so there would be no reason to hold it yet I'm still waiting and getting the runaround when i call. Smh

Very unprofessional especially maintenance. My toilet happened to be flooding really bad to the point to where its forming a stinky puddle to the hallway to the bedroom also the office and maintenance knowing I only have one restroom I was told by maintenance that it is Friday and that it is 5PM becausehe'sready to go home .. so I have to wait until Monday is what I was told . I have a child and my stomach is already hurting from breathing in while I tried to clean using my personal clothes to try to soak up the leak. I am about fed up with the issues going on at silver creek crossing if it not the crimes the shooting or the people from the office including maintenance its always something bad. .. this place is the worst . They definitely do not care about anyone's safety. They can change
