I’ve been here for about 2 years and I love it here! Maintenance stays on top of everything. Angie the property manager is amazing-she actually cares about the tenants and the building. Yes, the elevator is a bit quirky…but it’s part of the charm of this antique building. The moldings, the lighting, the architecture is absolutely stunning. This isn’t just your average apartment..this is home❤️

Silva Property Management has gone above and beyond to help me whenever needed as a renter, I have had no issues with my apartment, and the team is highly responsive to any requests. Renee was a huge help when discussing renewing options, and was flexible with options allowing me to feeling comfortable with re-signing to continue to stay as a renter with Silva Property Management. If you are in need of a place to rent I definitely recommend giving their properties a look as they are a high quality trustworthy team to work with.

This review is on behalf of my feelings towards our new property manager Jennifer Palitti at Valley Drive Estates. In the time she has been here; she has demonstrated such passion for what she does. She is understanding of our communities needs, and is often prompt in getting things done in a timely fashion. She is approachable, and sincerely listens when sharing any concerns. I have seen her picking up the grounds, and often working long hours to meet the needs of many. I have seen much improvement since she’s been here; and look forward to seeing more in the future.

I live at one of Silva’s properties in Mt. Clemens, Mi, “Valley Drive Estates” and I must say I’m very impressed with the quality of my apartment and the property as a whole. The staff is helpful and easy to approach and the community itself is friendly. My dogs and I love it here! 💗☺️🐾

Impossible to get security deposit back. when was i notified of this i was never sent anything and i told the previous property manager in writing in the mail box that i intended to move out April 10,2025 . I have my copies of everything. so i don’t know where this 17th date is coming from
