Royal Oak Place Apartments has been an amazing place to live! Management is always responsive and helpful, no matter the time of day. The units are modern, clean, and well-maintained. I’ve truly enjoyed my experience here and highly recommend it!

Murad Management has been fantastic-friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any issues. It's a quiet community that l'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I lived here for two years and had a great experience the entire time. Never had any issues, maintenance was always responsive, and the management team was easy to communicate with. Parking was never a problem, which is rare and definitely appreciated. The courtyard was always clean and well maintained, which made the place feel really welcoming. Overall, a solid place to live and I’d definitely recommend it!

I lived at Royal Oak Place Apartments for two years. It was my first time living completely on my own and it was nonetheless perfect. Not only did I feel safe, I met some awesome people and the management was outstanding. I had some small issues that were immediately taken care of. If I hadn't bought a house, I would still be there 100%. I appreciated the completely renovated apartment, my favorite parts being the shower and kitchen. I will forever be recommending this place for those looking to rent.

I was a tenant at Royal Oak Place Apartments for a little over 4 years and couldn’t have had a better experience! Apartments are well maintained and any problem that did arise was easily and promptly taken care of. All tenants were respectful and responsible, and Giavino along with his team at Murad Management were always a pleasure to work with. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
