Clear2 Mortgage

We were looking around at options of a VA Loan refi. My contact at Clear2 is Alex Konja. Alex was professional and helpful. He understood we were talking to Clear2 as well as our existing mortgage company. Clear2 worked through all of our information and came up with a package that dropped our interest rate by more than 1.5% and our monthly payment by $170! As a Retired/Disabled Veteran on a fixed income any decrease in our house payment is critical. Alex and the Clear2 team were fantastic and I will gladly recommend Alex and Clear for their financing needs.

Dominic is my HERO!! An absolute rockstar to work with. From our very first phone call I knew I was in good hands. He guided me through every step of the process and I trusted him to do me right. Josh Sanborn at Clear2 is a freakin’ legend! Josh walked my husband and I through a complex and drawn-out first-time home buying process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and patient. Josh was very transparent throughout and took the time to explain every step and make sure we had the information and tools needed to ease our worries the entire way. Josh was very responsive and helpful and we truly believe he made this process so much more human than it could have been with a different broker. Corey Knox was fantastic!! So helpful and informative through all my crazy and panic. I had a million questions and he answered every single one with no issues. Chris Essek and Corey were the best and this incredibly stressful process was made a lot easier with their help. 1000/10 recommend. We now have our beautiful home thanks to their hard work and dedication. It is also important to note that our loan applications/ circumstances were not exactly picture perfect and they were still able to work magic for us. I am forever grateful for them!
