Silk Lofts Apartments

I just relocated from California less than 7 days ago and I must say, what an absolute amazing opportunity it has been to work with Kemora. I hope that Silk Lofts Owners/Management teams know that she’s truly a gem and a credit to her profession. I don’t believe I’ve ever toured an apartment complex and signed a lease this quick in my life and I’ve lived in 25 US states and 5 Countries. I moved to Silk Loft last year and it was a great experience. The management team Rob and Mike were exceptional - always professional and responsive to any concerns. The building was always clean. The quite and peaceful environment made it perfect place to unwind after a busy day. I highly recommend Silk Lofts Apartments to anyone looking for a quite place in Bayonne.

I recently visited Silk Lofts to tour a one-bedroom unit, and I had a wonderful experience. The leasing agent Kemora was exceptional—she was not only kind and patient but also genuinely attentive to our needs and preferences. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the entire visit enjoyable. Overall, I was very impressed with the property and will definitely be considering Silk Lofts as a potential place to call home. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

My experience with Silk Lofts has been nothing short of fantastic. Responsive and wonderful staff, beautiful apartments, and easy access to light rail with a great walkable surrounding area. They've done a great job in transforming the building and I would highly recommend SL to anyone.

edit: It's been months and despite claiming to be "working on the issue" nothing has been done. Not even setting up posters. Actually, they took the poster I put up reminding people that the gym is not sound proof down. ALSO THERE'S A CURRENT MOUSE INFESTATION! BEWARE: If you live ANYWHERE near the gym on the first floor you will be treated to a lovely 24/7 performance of people slamming weights because management refuses to actually spend the time and money to soundproof the gym!! WOW!! Such a luxury to be woken up at 7 in the morning to your neighbors slamming weights!!! Or be kept up at 10:30 at night from neighbors slamming weights!! Living right next door to the gym is even MORE lovely as you share a wall with the gym IN YOUR BEDROOM. That means your walls shake when people drop the w
