I’ve been searching for a place to rent and came across SignTime Property Management. I was able to schedule a viewing (self tour) on their website for 2 different rental apartment homes, One of which I was very much interested in but unfortunately I wasn’t quick enough & someone else got approved before I could submit an application. Both apartments were in ample condition. I would’ve applied for the other unit but I found it being on a shared 3rd floor to be discommodious. Although I didn’t get to rent with SignTime I do appreciate their professionalism and extraordinary communication. I’d undoubtedly recommend this Property Management company!

Horrible! I left messages and they will not call me back they took our application fees $165.00 denied us without proper reason or willing to explain. If your credit score is not 840 i would not apply here. Do not waste your time and money. Now we're out $165.00 and living on the streets! It's cold!

We've been renting a property managed by SignTime for over two years now, and it's been wonderful and they are incredibly easy to work with. I’ve recommended them to friends looking for a place, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again in the future.

★☆☆☆☆ Slumlord alert! Terrible experience from start to finish. The property had leaks, pests, and broken appliances that were never fixed. Management ignored calls and emails and was rude when confronted. They only care about collecting rent, not maintaining safe or livable conditions. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
