Cathi Horan is truly knowledgeable, responsive and informative. I was new to the area, and Cathi was so patient with all of my questions and provided a wealth of information throughout the process. She has been an excellent liaison between myself and the contractor ensuring any issue that arises is promptly repaired. She has gone above and beyond for myself and my family. It is only by chance that I have had the opportunity to work with her but I feel very fortunate for the experience.

I had an extremely terrible experience with Catherine (Cathi) Horan from this company and the builder, Charles Seminario from Sawmill Construction Corp. The agent committed fraud by selling new construction with deception. The agent nor the builder followed through with the specification sheet that was agreed on such as; coffered ceilings, tray ceilings for all bedrooms, removal of a closet in one of the bedrooms, and removal of phone lines and cable lines from all bedrooms. The builder and agent agreed with the terms and said the house would be finished by May and no later than June 2022.
