I really can't believe such a big company actually deletes customer reviews? This company has an agent named Cindy Gao (Zhaoting Gao). She is very unprofessional. I bought a house through her, and it took more than three months to close. This process made me extremely frustrated, and I am very unhappy with my choice of this company and this agent.
