Your agent Shehriar Islam scheduled a showing of my home. The approved time was 5:00-5:30. Your agent entered my home without approval 1 hour early using the home’s lockbox. My daughter was home and in the middle of getting dressed for work. She called me very upset. I reached out to the agent and asked him why he entered my home without authorization.
