Signature Pointe Apartments

I have lived here since Spring of 2002. This apartment complex has consistently remained well-maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Although crime in our society has increased, the Management here does all that they can to keep us as safe as possible. I am most appreciative in that yesterday, while up in Seattle, I had a concern about my apartment, and two office staff left their desks to come check on things for me. I know they are busy and have plenty of things to do. I was so relieved that they did this for me. I never intended to stay here so long, but really, Signature Pointe is a very good place to live. I am grateful.

Although I couldn't rent this property because I was looking for a 4-bedroom, I was incredibly impressed by Miss Anna's professionalism, kindness, and patience in answering all my questions. If you're looking for apartments, I highly recommend visiting Miss Anna for an unforgettable experience!

For such a large community, staff does their best to accommodate in any issues that may arise. Of corse, with any community, there are going to be hiccups along the way. I will say, David and Alexis is by far the, the most gracious and professional two that we have encountered.. always with a follow up contact to any situation, concerns, or just general information. The entire office staff are always cordial and receptive with even the most menial question you may have.

This is my second time living here. No issues 15 years ago and no issues now. Alexa was very helpful and responsive, my maintenance request was handled promptly and the property is clean compared to others. Other residents have been friendly and I have not witnessed anything close to the bad reviews I’ve read. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Worst apartments ever ! My house and car has been broken into, my neighbors house has also, caught people on camera looking in windows and checking doors. but apartments just say “security will be notified” but all security does is sit in their cars on their phones and lock and unlock our gates. I’ve spent 3k$ in damages to my car and house just this year! They refuse to help. Homeless breaking into vacant apartment. The list goes on and on. Office barely answers the phone.
