Our custom home design experience with Signature Homes by Adashun Jones Oshkosh was very enjoyable. They had a great showroom with lots of options. We appreciated their design build concept, which helped streamline the process for us. The pricing spreadsheet broke out costs in detail so we knew exactly how much we needed to budget. Great experience, I would highly recommend!

We had Signature Homes build our home 3 years ago. We were continually treated like we were children with very low respect. We felt like our money was no good to anyone who worked there. Multiple problems arose during and after the build. To many projects were subcontracted out, to many hands in the pot.. The only areas that are currently not failing are parts that my husband did himself and the electrical, which we hired out! Had problems before the year warranty was expired, very difficult to get anyone to come by and fix problems. Currently have continued issues with multiple areas of home and land, now costing us multiple thousands of dollars to fix problems that should have never been problems in the first place. BBB has been made aware. Please be careful if your looking for a builder
