I recently put my home on the market. Before doing so my wife and I interviewed a few realtors; Mr. Snyder gave us the best vibes. He very realistically explained both the selling points and potential issues with our house and gave us honest feedback regarding the home's value. We decided to list with him and we're glad we did; we had two full price offers within a couple of days of the listing going live. I had no issues renting with Brad Snyder. I didn't have to call often for maintenance issues because the property was in good shape but when I did have to (for the AC and the garage door) he was always prompt in sending service. The service was always fast and efficient as well. He always answered my calls and if I couldn't get him on the phone he responded back to missed calls within 24 hours. He responded quickly to emails as well and was always professional. Signing for the property and closing out the property was a cinch too. Didn't take long at all (less than an hour) and my deposit was returned within a week. I would rent with him and this company again.
