Our leasing agent JoJo was great to work with. She is extremely professional, attentive & helpful. She genuinely cares about her tenants and treats them like family. She was very reassuring and took the stress out of the moving process.

I have been very fortunate to have Sierra Property Management as my property management company. Their staff has always been very accommodating and responsive to every need and has taken appropriate and timely action to remedy any and all unforeseen circumstances at my complex. As a tenant, I could never ask for more, and it is appreciated. Thank you, Sierra Property Management staff.

I went today in person soliciting info. And they’re two ladies at the front desk, one is a very kind person who I was talking to, the other lady was acting very sarcastically and I didn’t feel uncomfortable and bullied by her ; I’m about to find her name sooner and report her, and also talk to the CEO of the company! That’s not a great way to treat good people who have questions!

One of my family members (college student) was a tenant in two separate Isla Vista apartments managed by Sierra. After almost 4 years of working with other Isla Vista property managers, I have to say that Sierra was the best. The biggest different maker was that Sierra has a dedicated student community manager (John M.) that works as a general problem solver for any sort of issue that might come up. This is an important resource that simply wasn't available with other property managers. For this reason, I highly recommend Sierra Property Management to other families evaluating their student housing options.
