Plaza Riviera

We lived in a bottom-floor unit at Plaza Riviera for over two years, and it was a wonderful experience for our family! The unit itself was stunning – modern, well-maintained, and it felt like a brand-new development rather than the standard older units you often find in Santa Barbara. Our patio facing Clifford St. was such a bonus, offering a peaceful and cozy space to relax w/ a partial view of the California Riviera. What truly elevated our experience, though, was the excellent property management team at FAH Property Management. Tom and Julianna were incredible – always responsive to maintenance requests, available to answer any questions, and just genuinely caring and helpful neighbors. The facilities are modern, well maintained, and the building is thoughtfully constructed, which makes living here both comfortable and reliable. An awesome apartment building equally great staff! We lived there for three and a half years and were so glad to call Plaza Riviera home. The units feel spacious, new (even now!), and the staff were always responsive, kind, and helpful. They really went the extra mile to make sure things were fixed. Even after we left, the managers stayed in touch and held on to a few letters and packages that never got forwarded. We would recommend for sure.

My partner and I have lived at Plaza Riviera for almost three years, and we truly love it. It’s quiet, well maintained, and the location is so convenient to all of our favorite downtown / Eastside spots! Staff is also very kind and responsive to requests and feedback. We would definitely recommend it.

I’ve lived at Plaza Riviera on two separate occasions, and if you’re looking for a place to live in the Santa Barbara area, I couldn’t recommend Plaza enough. It’s close to the beach and it’s very walkable. The property manager Juliana is AMAZING! She is always very cordial, super helpful, and very responsive whenever an issue arises. If I ever wind back up in Santa Barbara, Plaza is my only choice!
